Which shipping provider do you use?

We ship all packages via USPS unless the buyer specifics otherwise within their order or sends an email to thegoodiebagbar@gmail.com

How are shipping fees determined?

Shipping fee is calculated by the weight of your package. You can check out the starting prices for domestic shipping options and review the full USPS price list by clicking here.

How will I get my tracking number?

All tracking numbers are sent to your email address.

When will I receive my order?

Processing takes 1-2 business days; shipping takes 3-5  business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

Do you accept returns?

Items can be returned as exchange for credit ONLY within three (3) days of receipt. To receive credit for your exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition (unopened/unused/w/tags). Please note: The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the exchange and will not be reimbursed. Should you like to process a claim for credit, please email thegoodiebagbar@gmail.com with your name, item name and a brief description of exchange/issue.  The submission will then be reviewed for approval - We advise you include insurance for any personal carrier issues.
